If a shot isn’t right.
Anything that doesn’t need a new image is free. Our mistakes are free. You only pay for a new idea, and you see the price on the button first. No tokens, no credits.
Doesn’t match
Tick what’s off: pockets, buttons, zip, collar, sleeves, length, color, print, skin tone. We reshoot it. If 3 of 8 shots are off, we redo the whole set.
Background
White, light grey or your color, on all shots of the piece at once. The model and the piece stay as they are.
Fix one spot
Circle a spot and say what to change: “no bag”, “remove the bracelet”. The rest of the shot stays.
Reshoot your way
Ask in plain words: “hands in pockets”, “white sneakers”. You get 2 versions and keep one. Or 10 reshoots for $19.

No. Color, cut, print and details stay exactly as in your photo. Every shot is checked against it before you see it.
What photo do I need?
Any clear photo of the piece: on a hanger, laid out on the floor, on a person, from your phone. One is enough. More photos help with the back and the details.
Can I use the same model for my whole catalog?
Yes. Your model stays with your brand, so every product looks like one shoot.
What if I don’t like a shot?
If it doesn’t match your piece (pockets, buttons, color, print, length), we redo it free. If you’d like something new, like another pose or other shoes, it’s $2 a shot, or 10 for $19. Changing the background on the whole set is free. The price is on the button before you press it.
Can I use the shots on Amazon?
Yes. We make a white-background main image for Amazon along with the rest of the set.
