Will my product photos be changed?
Your product stays your product. We use your photos as the base and add backgrounds, extra angles and looks in your brand’s style.
What if a shot or a slide isn’t right?
Text, fonts, colors and backgrounds are free to change. A shot that doesn’t match your piece is redone free. A new idea, like another pose, is $0.50 for one spot or $2 for a new shot, and you see the price on the button first. All edit prices.
Do I need a designer?
No. You edit words right on the slide, or ask in plain words: “make the background lighter”.
What if my store isn’t on Shopify?
Paste a link to any product page or to your Instagram. Shopify just lets us pull everything automatically.
Where do the numbers on the slides come from?
Only from your brand: your product page, your reviews, your fitting. If a fact is missing, the slide shows a yellow note asking you for it. We never make facts up.
How do I cancel?
In Settings, in one click. Your carousels stay yours.
